Packaged delayed without notice due to weather. That’s all fine, they wouldn’t let me schedule a delivery and said if you want a chance of it going out tomorrow (Friday) call back at 6am in morning. They of course were still unable to get a delivery out and made it scheduled for Monday. Trucks only work as well as the customer service and this place need major training. May god have mercy on your storage fees if tforce is labeled as your shipper. This is the second MAJOR delay (by 5+ days) and only my second time using them.
Package was delayed outside expected delivery date. Mark hung up on me multiple times while I was trying to figure out if I could pick up personally from the Morrisville nc location. No concern for their customer. Not recommended.
