For anyone unaware of what the program is, the details are not important but it is a incentive program some new builders used that gives you an incentive when you buy your new home with the builder, and use an agent through smart move to sell your existing home. Blake and Blair have that unique ability to communicate with you as if you are family. We were altogether every step, from listing to close. The inclusion for us was unbelievable. It bodes well that their entire lives have been encompassed, surrounded by the builders, and trades people that are so needed and important to anyone in the real estate business.
