I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Freezone Heating and Cooling. My capacitor went out right before Labor Day weekend and practically nobody had availability. When I called they were more than willing to come out and provide service the same day for a very reasonable dispatch charge. Chris came early, was professional, efficient and taught me a few things about my unit.
Most reasonable diagnostic fee I came across. Submitted an online request and received a call immediately. Was able to get a next day appointment. Some companies make you feel like they’re doing you a favor. These folks made me feel like they wanted to have me as a customer. Everything was clear and transparent. The technician went above and beyond explaining what he was doing and why and what the outcomes meant. I will 100% be working with them again when I need HVAC services.
The guys that came out were excellent. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. About 20 minutes work. I’m pleased that my unit is working properly but it was a costly price to pay
