I called asking if they could do an assessment of 5 ac units and perform basic maintenance . They stated that they were not interested in providing the service and hung up. If their onsite service is anything like their customer service I would stay far away from this company. They were the first call, luckily there are plenty of options . So I Contacted Ocean Air and Plumbing and they had someone scheduled to go out the same day. Now That’s what I call service !

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS. We got a brand new ac unit from these guys. 6 months later it was35 degrees in Miami and the heater didn't work. The technician quoted me $400 to replace the brand new heater under warranty, and also said the thermostat was bad, and could be replaced for $200. This all felt very steep for a brand new unit under warranty, but we went ahead anyways. The next day another technician showed up and replaced the heater and the unit started blowing hot air.
