mr big is awesome and very polite knowledgeable
Arrived early for my appointment, they got me in a little early, but had me loaded in a decent time. Plenty of room to maneuver and everyone was friendly and professional. No complaints here.
Overnight parking, very rude. Very very very slow. 5 hours to get a dock(after my appointment by four hours), two hours unloading, 35 minutes paperwork finalising. Their rudeness is unbearable.
