RecommendedBought a 2017 Bonneville from Chrystal on September 19. Traveled from Auburn, Alabama to pick it up. Even though there was a small hiccup on delivery, Chrystal and the rest of the staff handled it with extreme professionalism. Traveled from Birmingham to attend the triumph demo. Registration was very organized and the guides were very helpful when traffic picked up. Easily one of the best demo days I've ever attended. My riding companion ended up trading in on a Street Triple R, and Dan Bessette helped work the magic and made it possible, and I absolutely recommend anyone interested in a bike make a visit and go see Dan.
I went in with a Harley and walked away with a Triumph. It was due to unfortunate circumstances, but the guys there made the transition to a new bike for a good cost smooth. Oh yeah, demo day was TIGHT.
Had an issue with my drain bolt on my fire breathing CRF450. And being from outta town I had very little hope but one call to Buddy in parts got my back on track. Thanks so much Buddy
Absolutely amazing people. Just bought my first new bike a 2017 crf250 rally. Everyone there is super nice makes u feel like family. I'm sad all I could give was 5 stars I give them 10/10.
