Used the soft touch bay, the d.s. spray pod wasn't working properly.and left dirt on my car. I sent an email and provided specifics about the problem and never received a wash code to come back. I've had excellent results before but wont be back.
Went through the soft touch and the d.s. spray pod was broken and didnt clean the side of my car. Sent an email to the distributor, they asked for specifics, which I provided, and thet never gave me a code for a re-wash. Never coming back.
