Bought the new cargo trailer from them today and Brian was great. Super helpful and answered all my questions. Everyone else that I dealt with was also great. Excellent business and my recommendation is if you are looking for a cargo trailer go see them first.
Thanks for the professionalism. Wonderful place and knowledgeable people. I went to several trailer places while waiting for you to open back up in the new location. I was shocked by the way some trailer places wouldn't even return calls. I am surely glad I waited to buy from here. I highly recommend anyone that is looking to try here first. Charles and Donny were SUPERB in their Knowledge , Patience and Compassion on the phone and in person! :) I didn't have an appointment, but a NEED to have a small service done to my 2003 Envoy. They were FABULOUS in their having the product and ability to put it in my vehicle ASAP! Upon further questioning of what more I needed, I TRUSTED their input on any future service!
Large selection. They didn’t up sale and listened to our needs. Gave us suggestions on loading & distribution of weight for what we were loading. Very patient & helpful. Explained everything about our trailer and made sure we we’re satisfied before we left. Highly recommend.
Called around looking for a window for the door of my trailer, they said it wasn't something many places carried in stock, but they would go look to see what they had. Short time later they got back on the phone and informed me they happen to have 2 windows sitting in their parts room that were for sale. I measured and headed down to pick window up.
