Great storage units at a competitive price! Every interaction I had with staff was simple and informative. The gal at the front is a rockstar and has always been super helpful. No issues throughout our rental. I didn't latch my unit tight enough once and got a phone call the same day. They even offered to put their own lock on it if I couldn't go back in right away. Great option when you have the need!!
Do not rent from this company! Go elsewhere. Absolutely don't use their reservation online site!
I have had a storage unit for almost the last 10 years and ever since the new management they have repeatedly raised rates and done nothing to improve the property. I havd asked them to pave the roads, install gutters and nothing has been done. Now they are raising the rates again. I have had enough and going to move. absolutely no response on any help. They have filled the sides and driveways with vehicles and made it next to impossible to have access except to block other units. Very poor management and overpriced to boot.
