I have a problem, when I have an issue/concern its because I'm not feeling well (mentally), I call in and I speak with medical assistant and they tell me they will let my therapist know. I never never get a call back regarding the issue/concern. This has happened to me twice, I am not happy. When I have a concern/issue, I need to talk to someone for answers especially if the concern are about my medication. If this continues I will leave the practice because of poor customer service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and kind, but unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. I scheduled an appointment hoping to receive an ADHD evaluation or screening, but left without any clear next steps. I had high hopes since a friend recommended this place after receiving their own ADHD diagnosis here, and I’ve seen other reviews sharing similar experiences. I had a very upsetting experience at this office today. I arrived about 6 minutes late to my psychiatric appointment.(9.36 AM) Instead of professionalism, I was insulted and dismissed by two secretaries — one who identified herself only as “lady,” and the other who refused to give me her name. When I asked to speak with the doctor, they told me I could wait the entire day and would not be seen, and even threatened to call the police.
