Barely any availability, books new patients a month out
Very well organized staff.
I was switched to 3 doctors, not even 6 months in. The black American lady, was extremely rude like she didn’t care and our last virtual visit didn’t even show up on the screen she blacked out the virtual call. Unprofessional, they rotate doctors that are new and some that feel like they could care less about any patient. After coming from the children’s hospital for my autistic young adult. I was really disappointed how some of these doctors act.
