I've used Freeway over the years for body work on my import cars. After a recent fender bender I returned one again because I trusted their service and quality of repairs. This time even exceeded previous visits. I returned ny rental and picked up my car last Friday. The parking assist system needed to be reset. Given it was 4pm Friday, Bobby Fodge offered to come pick up the car at my office this morning and take it to a mechanic for the reset. WOW, that is service! Blown away by the speed and quality of service at Freeway. Third generation business. They looked after us as only family can!
Avoid this place if you care about quality work... Looks nice from a distance, but up close you notice the paint bubbles, mismatch color, poor fitment of body panels, deep swirl marks from an aggressive buffer, and long turnaround. When we pointed out the issues, Bobby took the car back with an attitude and said it was strange for a customer to inspect the work closely and ask for receipts of OEM parts, as requested per insurance policy.
