My girlfriend has rented a unit at this facility for over 10 years and just recently had to rent an additional one. For the past 3 months she has been out of work due to an injury and has not been getting any income and as a result got behind on her payments. She communicated all this to the owner and asked them if they'd be willing to waive the late fees if I paid the balance in full with my card, but they refused!
