Disappointing. I went with my boyfriend and his brother so my boyfriend could add us to his insurance plan that he already had set up with them for a good while with no issues whatsoever. My boyfriend's brother and I ended up having to start our own individual insurance plan with Karen. All went well we chose our plan signed up for auto pay, opted for paperless biling, and paid the down payment.
