Rebecca was a great help and took almost $200 off my policy and was super friendly
Terrible. I called the 315 # and ended up talking to someone in California who didn't speak English and couldn't help me cancel a policy for a customer I took from them. Stick with your local agencies and avoid this Freeway Insurance place at all costs!
