Karen is by far one of the most helpful people at Freeway! She quoted me over $400 for my renewal but got my rate down to under the initial down payment! She was so kind and really cared to find the best rate for me. I saved a lot more money than anticipated because she genuinely searched for the best option. I highly recommend her.

Terrible. I called the 315 # and ended up talking to someone in California who didn't speak English and couldn't help me cancel a policy for a customer I took from them. Stick with your local agencies and avoid this Freeway Insurance place at all costs!
