Customer privacy is violated. As we are sitting here infront of the representative Vivian Reyes, who is reviewing our account. She was not able to assist in answering any of our questions and as she is "reviewing" our account she picks up a phone call and infront of us reviews all the other customers demographics, name, address, email, vehicles covered etc.. she then places the call on hold and we asked other questions and a customer walked in. Horrible service. An agent called Norma Mendza gave me false information on many occasions. She sent my account for collection before the due date! she never called me or alerted me for this. This is a shameful way of running a buisness. Also she told me if I obtain my CA driver license my rate should go down. After I gave her the info, she said oh I am sorry I made a mistake. This is a shame the way she treated me and I will never recommend this firm to anyone.

Horrible service. I've had the policy for less than 2 weeks and was pressured to make the policy after stating to them that I cannot afford the high down payment of $300 and $80 monthly payments on top of the down payment. Yet I was pressured. They market themselves as inexpensive insurance but that is false. Jacqueline Namou an insurance agent could not help me and could barely speak English. They were extremely rude and let me know that I was still responsible to pay the rest of the $300. They already took $161 from me. If I don't pay then it goes to collections affecting my credit. Please DO NOT get FREEWAY INSURANCE.

These people are theft got a policy with them 15 days ago they charged me 400 as like a down for the year , but I had to cancel it because adrunk driver hit my car while it was park and guy had no insurance so no purpose have insurance on a total car but free way refused to give me my 400 down back ( only had policy 15 days) there not covering me for any damage to my car ( understandable I only had liability ) but wouldn't even help me find out if this guy had insurance , pretty much told me I was shit outta luck
