An agent sent my account to collection before the due date! this is very shameful how she treated me. Gave no call or email before sending my info to collection. I will never ever use this agency again.
Horrible service. An agent called Norma Mendza gave me false information on many occasions. She sent my account for collection before the due date! she never called me or alerted me for this. This is a shameful way of running a buisness. Also she told me if I obtain my CA driver license my rate should go down. After I gave her the info, she said oh I am sorry I made a mistake. This is a shame the way she treated me and I will never recommend this firm to anyone.
