Customer service's bad the person who helped me was trying to help 5 other people at the same time. It took about an hour just to add a car to my current policy. It felt like he just wanted to get his accounts for the week... Not coming back.
Worst service. Unprofessional employees with disrespect attitude. We went there on April 18, 2014 to buy an insurance for our second vehicle. The agent suggested us a new insurance company for both vehicle and he will cancel the current policy we have. So we paid for $150 and will be no payment for 2 months. Turn out 2 weeks later, the current policy is still not cancel so we went to the office to ask why the other insurance is not cancel.
