I keep calling the office to get a hold of someone to help me renew my insurance. I call the number that’s provided but I always get someone that’s not in the office on 10th to answer can someone please get in contact l With me I’m not sure what changes has been made but it’s getting very frustrated

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. Marco was extremely unprofessional—he constantly interrupted me while I was speaking and responded with a condescending attitude. Before I could even finish asking my question, he hung up on me. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve encountered. In addition, I found their rates to be higher compared to other companies like Estrella Insurance, which offers better pricing and service.
