Update: I called today 1-22-26 to renew my policy and had the good luck to speak with Kendriana again! She is still there, helping people and is still at the top of her game!! I was off the phone in just a few minutes with everything I needed taken care of. Thank you all SO much!! (Prev..I called and spoke with Kendriana. She is awesome!! She answered all my questions, prepared my documents quickly and her friendly and professional manner makes her customer service top-notch!)
