(HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE MRS JENNIFER JACKSON!!!) So I get a call yesterday 7/24 from this office telling me if I don’t show proof of a valid license by the 7/26 my policy will be cancelled! So I go get the proper paper work and go into the Chalmette office to make sure my insurance doesn’t cancel. However, I spent the next 2 hours in Freeway fixing the original agents mess!
