This is my second time at the car wash originally they did a really good job. Vacuums were working. Thank you for a free welcome package as a towel air freshener second time the same thing. Vacuums are working. Everything‘s good now when you pull up, they want you to pay 2 to 3 dollars for the little towels and vacuums don’t work. The car is spotty. I like how this car wash has an easier track to line up your car wheels. They got new card readers which is great because the previous ones always had issues. However, there’s no tap to pay and the wash prices are somewhat expensive. I also don’t like how the new owners use AI art for their business. All and all, this car wash is the main one I go to for the convenience and calm environment. I rate 3.5 stars, rounded up its 4.
The car wash is not bad. Only used it once two months ago. They put you in a cycle of automated billing and do not respond to phone calls or messages when trying to cancel. This is a scam. BEWARE!
