Paid for a 20 dollar car wash for them to leave A whole lot of bird shit still on the car . So noticeable also . Horrible job .
Today I dropped off my vehicle for an interior full cleaning, after about 2 1/2 hours I received a call that it's ready to get picked up...after I paid I inspected my car and the first thing I noticed was that the upholstery was slimy, then all of the seats were damp, and where the spare tire is there was a puddle of water that was left there from the cleaning, after all of these inperfections that I noticed during my inspection, if I would have to rate my experience and the performance I would gladly rate this a 1*.
Terrible service... I feel like I was robbed and swindled. I paid 60 dollars for everything extra and there was still dirt on everything, peanuts in the cup holder. My middle console filthy. Manger was extremely rude/aggressive. Refused any sort of refund. I asked for half of my money back because I did half the work myself right there with the one kid they left to work on my car.. I was refused any sort of way to contact the managers superiors. Very disappointed
For the money that you pay you should not have to ask them to revacuum your car when it's done horrible horrible job happens every single time I've gone it's the only car wash near my house they Rush right through your vehicle and then embarrass you when you have to ask for them to redo it. Then today they told me my car was all set only problem was it was not my car it was someone else's white Lexus imagine I would have just gotten in that car until getting off someone would have been in trouble.
I just recently purchased a used Dodge Caravan Minivan. The inside was dirty and had a lot of grease spots as it was purchased from a mechanic. I brought it to the East Providence location this morning for a full interior recondition. They took their time and really worked hard to get it as clean as possible. They got about 95% of all the dirt and bad stains out. Excellent job guys, I will be back when it needs it again. I have been taking my cars here for years! They're quick & my car is always clean! Just the way I like it! I always do The Ultimate & my cars always look beautiful after! Thank you for always doing an amazing job!
They do a very good job in and out they are the best
I went today to get an express reconditioning, and they were very pleasant and did a great job with shining the interior and exterior too, i also love how it is all brushless!! will def go back again
