I've been using Freeway Automotive for about 7 years to maintain our cars. I've never had a bad experience and they've always taken my car in within a few minutes of my appointment and turned it right around. Great service and fair prices plus a decent waiting room for their customers.
I have carried each of the 4 vehicles I now have as well as cars of the past to "Freeway Automotive" over the past several years. The quality of their work is excellent. I have never had to repeat a service call due to its not being fixed the first time and have been satisfied with each repair. They do take their time to "get it right" which helps to insure it's fixed right the first time, but could possibly fret someone who wants it "fixed yesterday" or someone with only 1 car or a car that they need asap. Upset. I was sent there, because I was told that they were most dependable. I do not think that is the case. I wanted an oil change and an inspection done. The guy there told me he would work me in, so I thought that was good. I went back at 4:30 pm and not one thing had been done to my car and it upset me. He could have called me after lunch and said that they probably would not be able to get to it today and I could have taken it somewhere else. He did nothing. I took it out there before 11:00 am.
