I have used this storage facility for several years, great access, very nice management.
No hassel servi ce. Completed quickly with instructions about the facility.
While the initial meeting was great and storage facility was pleasant, I don't agree with not refunding the remaining payment. I had removed my items on June 8th and notified of my empty unit right away. I had asked about getting a refund, especially since it was only 8 days into this month. I was informed that they don't do prorated refunds. I can clearly remember that when I first met to get unit it was prorated. By not refunding what remains they are stealing.
