I always wanted to be a martial artist since I was small. I looked up gyms in my area and FFA was a little far however they had a trial for a month, the other schools only had a week or a day, so I went and I’ve been training here ever since. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great gym.
I started training at FFA after years of wanting to MMA after watching the UFC. I am on my 3rd week of the Trial they offer. First day was a shock to my body but I have really felt the changes in the way I move and the pounds are falling of my body. I really like the classes and moves we learn. We've been doing martial arts here for about 4 years and we really love it here. I've seen changes in all of my children. There's been alot more confidence and they really enjoy coming to class. We love Coach Jorge because he cares about the children so much. That's pretty much the reason why we've stayed for so many years because of how amazing he is with each individual child.
I have been in FFA for about 2 years. FFA is not just a gym, but its a family. It has very genuine interaction. The coaches here are wonderful. My team is great and I love FFA. I am passionate about MMA and its something I'll encourage everyone to do as well.
I have been here for about 2 1/2 months. I found the gym thru Facebook. The gym is absolutely amazing! The coaches are very laid back. They will teach you a lot and they are a lot of fun to be with. Everyone's here to help you, everyone's here to help you succeed, help you train, help you learn some more. Nobody's going to be against you. I joined the gym to learn more self defense and become more physically fit, which I have.
