Unfortunately I can’t recommend this optometrist Been coming here for over a decade and now they’re telling me they don’t accept my insurance anymore. Additionally, they never remind or encourage me to come in every year for a check-up. I always had to call to set up an appointment.

This does not reflect on the optometrist themselves but the front off staff. I managed to book an appointment online 2 weeks or so ago. .. Or so I thought I didn't I never heard from them so I kept calling no answer.... finally days later, the day I'm schedule to go in. I'm told oh that's a request not a confirmation. To top it off I left voice-mails never heard back. The front office told me (once I got through the phone lines the day of) they were still answering voice-mail from a week before. I’ve been going to Dr. Freestone since I was a very broke college student and I graduated in 2000. They have glasses for every budget and the doc and staff are great. I now take my kids there as well and they love it.
