Service department, specifically Gina, is rude and a liar. They keep your vehicle for half a month and don’t do a thing, then say they have been trying to call you, when they haven’t. Then proceed to text you with screenshots of call records that prove they have not called since they had my vehicle but still say they have called. Sheree, the sales rep, and Scott, finance guy, made purchasing my new truck from out of state a breeze and seamless. The price was unable to be matched elsewhere. The process was relatively smooth and streamlined. There was a little snag with delivery of the vehicle but we sorted it out. At the end of the day, the price and the service definitely tip this whole experience to 5 stars. Ask for the team of Sheree and Scott, they'll take good care of you.
