I highly advise against this brokerage. When I bought my house, I later learned that the sellers of that house, had an offer on another house that was contingent on them selling. They house they were trying to buy was also represented by Free-State realty. I felt that this was a conflict of interest. Against my better judgement, when I needed to sell, I gave Free-state another chance. I was told "with certainty" that if I made improvements to my house, that I would see a certain price offered.
