Shocked at how quick Freestate was able to get to my home to fix a broken spring for my garage door. Kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! This was my first need for a garage door company since living in Lawrence and I'm glad I know who to call the next time an issue arises! Love that they are a local company, too.
Cable broke. Called Freestate, they were here in less than an hour. Pleasant to work with, fixed the problem promptly, and at a great price. What’s not to love? Wish all my dealings with contractors went nearly this good.
