This is the WORST place you can take your car I dropped my car off at 10:30AM to get a diagnostic. Initially, one of the staff - Sandy (blonde hair) - was dismissive when called on the phone and I explained to her I had received diagnostic codes from a repair shop already. She insisted they do a separate diagnostic for $145. Reluctantly, I agreed. When I went up to the shop, Sandy had the same dismissive tone choosing to answer a phone call while another staff ignored me as I was standing at the desk. I still dropped my car ... read more
