How can you possibly have a business where no one answers the telephone? Not even voicemail?!!! Had a problem with a pattern mistake I purchased from a Free Spirit retailer. Corrections in this industry are always dealt with at the company level. This is extremely disappointing insofar as I am a huge fan of Tim Holtz, Seth Apter and Marcia Derst.

Love working with FreeSpirit! They have gorgeous fabrics and designs! I love the quality of the fabric and the staff is great!
My shop purchases wholesale from Free Spirit and each MONTHLY order must be at least 5 bolts which is absolutely crazy. Many times I want to get a single bolt for a customer and cannot find four more bolts I'd like or need. All of the many companies I purchase from allow single bolt purchases. They also charge you a 3% fee for using a debit card! They expect me to give them my banking information in order to avoid the fee. It is also a guess as to when your order will actually ship and if what you ordered will be in stock in... read more
