Love working with FreeSpirit! They have gorgeous fabrics and designs! I love the quality of the fabric and the staff is great!
My shop purchases wholesale from Free Spirit and each MONTHLY order must be at least 5 bolts which is absolutely crazy. Many times I want to get a single bolt for a customer and cannot find four more bolts I'd like or need. All of the many companies I purchase from allow single bolt purchases. They also charge you a 3% fee for using a debit card! They expect me to give them my banking information in order to avoid the fee. I have been trying to contact them for several months, filled out the online forms & emailed several times but no response.
An awful company to try and do business with as a retailer. They aren’t responsive. They are very judgmental of small town resellers and I felt disrespected during the process. Because of my experience with wanting to carry Free Spirit fabrics, I will not buy any fabric from Jaftex.
