I am sorry to give a 1 star because if there was moderation with the volume of phone calls, texts and emails it would be a different story but this alone spoiled my entire experience. I obviously was expecting calls and texts etc but not to the magnitude that they took it to. If you are looking for the worst 2 hours of phone calls in your entire life go to this website. Terribly misleading... Whatever you do, do not work with these people.

I had to give 1 star to make my review; DO NOT use this site!! Do your own due diligence and research each individual company! Unless you want 20 calls/texts per week...even AFTER finding a company, using them, closing on the contract and finishing the entire process. And don't think, for a second, that you are in the clear by having them remove your information because they (free rate update), and I quote, "have no control of the third party companies that they provided the information to" DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE....EVER!

So rude and unprofessional. As soon as I told the young man I didn't own my land that my manufactured home was on but I owned the home outright I paid cash, he said "well I don't really have any lenders right now but I'll give you a call when I do" then I called back and get Lawrence. Says he's the manager and I'm explaining to him what happened and he sighed so loudly in my ear! Worst company worst customer service.
