We arranged a meeting with Julia Jones at her convenience but when we drove to FreeRange at the time she specified, she did not meet with us (we waited over 20 minutes). I waited a few days afterward to see if she would reach out to follow up and she didn't. When I messaged her about it, hoping it was a miscommunication, she read my message and never responded.
