Freeport Veterinary Clinic after hours service is awesome. I brought my Dane in in an emergency situation with bloat. The vet and tech were very compassionate, very honest and very patient with me. We were not able to save her and had to put her down. I was allowed time with my baby and allowed to grieve. I appreciate them being available after hours and definitely recommend them.

I usually have no complaints but just this one time. I took my dog in for a haircut at 8:30 am. Got a call from the vet concerning his dental (thank you) at 11ish maybe closer to noon. Then around 2:30, I started wondering how long it will be for me to pick him up. I waited and waited till 4pm and called. He wouldn't be ready till 5pm or 5:30pm. They would call me they said. Staff is awesome but prices are way over the top!! Excellent care just makes it almost impossible to afford proper care, costs less to take a child to the doctor 😞
Has taken and still taking the best care of my dog. I’d like to thank all staff and my favorite Drs. I recommend FVMC to all. Also a shout out to groomer!!!!

Helped me today with my kitten who was attacked by my dog. Emergency visit on a Sunday. I'm so glad Freeport is a short drive was able to be seen quickly. Lots of care and love for my baby, Smoke. I can't wait to see him Tuesday.!!!
I used them for the first time during the emergency situation where my dog, Lady, had been attacked. Lady did not make it, but the caring, kindness, and compassion we were shown was above and beyond. The Vet talked to my dog like she understood everything. Apologizing to Lady for anything that might be uncomfortable. She did not treat her like she was just another animal or dog she didn’t know.
