As a loyal customer since it opened, I went today with a bottle that was NEVER opened. Somehow half the bottle leaked out. The owner or manager said it was opened. It was NOT. Instead of saying, I’m sorry, just this time we will give you a new one. No. He lost a GOOD customer for a $5.99 bottle of wine.
