I would never ever try to do business with Freeport Healthcare again. They asked my doctor to fax to them my medical records and the doctor did in fact do that..(I have proof) and the Freport Medical Co. claim they "LOST MY MY MEDICAL RECORDS". That is a VERY SERIOUS breech of HIPPA REGULATIONS> Whoit knows where your personal information will go when they get their lousy mitts on the records. They have everything they need for a total ID theft!
