This company suggested keeping maintenance twice a year (air con/heating) despite using the best brand, LENNOX whereas my previous units (two zones) I only called for maintenance at least every 5-6 years and every time it went smoothly.
They do as they say. The company has well trained, professional and courteous employees. The technician who did our work was Emmanuel . Extremely polite and made sure the work performed was done correctly the first time. He took his time and explained everything he was doing so I would understand. He did not try to sell me parts that were not needed.
