The owner is rude and unprofessional. He told me 7 to 10 days for a custom piece of glass and It didn't come in until 37 days later. During that time he didn't return phone messages. I was paying top dollar for this glass tabletop and when I finally got word that it came in he refused to give me any sort of adjustment as compensation for the long wait. In fact when I demanded my $20 deposit back he told be to take him to small claims court. Horrible experience wouldn't recommend this place or Robert to anyone. He shouldn't b... read more
