Photos on older reviews are outdated- sign on the building reads as RealCold and you check in by entering the front door (by the employee parking) and going into their offices, not over the phone. They're quick to get you unloaded once they break your seal (took about an hour for 32 pallets for me) and will hand your bills back to you once they're done. Would've been 5 stars but there's no signs saying where to check in.

Mike Naranjo and his team were really great to work with. Their responses to all our inquiries were dealt with in a very timely manner and they were always available whenever we required their services. I would recommend their services to any business looking for consistent effective product storage.
