Sean is very professional, timely, and very informative. I could not believe how nice and personable he was. Took the time to show me what was going on with my a/c unit. Had the part, fixed it, and gone within an hour. I will definitely use Freeport Heating & Air Conditioning Service again in the future.

Your HVAC technician was kind and simple to work with. Having three separate rooms to install in an apartment was a challenge for the installers. I think you did an excellent job. Our corporation's board of directors will appreciate the information as well. Everything was a pleasure to work out with this company's representatives.

Tony, one of the technicians, is fantastic. Living in the desert losing AC could be crippling. I am confident that we are in good shape AC-wise after Lance services us, both our home and our rental. He can catch problems before we have a system failure. On our rental he fixed a couple[ of things before they became a problem.

I only realized my duty to maintain my heating and cooling systems when they stopped working one day. And boy, it was unfortunate. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating like crazy because the AC unit shut down and won't come on. So the next day, I called this air conditioning repair technician, and he was so helpful. He resolved the issue with my unit and checked on other parts to ensure they were working fine and would not cause another shutdown.
