A friend took their dog there the other day for grooming, and left for 15 minutes. When she came back, her dog was on the floor not breathing. The staff at Barkalounge insisted it was shock and rushed her out. On arriving at the vet, she was informed that her dog was dead. She called Barkalounge the next day and they told her there was nothing they could do for her. Normally I do not write reviews but I'm really mad about my experience here. My baby girl went to day care there today and when I picked her up she had a big gash on the top of her head! We didn't realize it til we got her in the car. When I brought her back in they had a lackadaisical attitude and one of the girls said she was a vet tech and dismissed it as roughhousing. I highly recommend. Awesome care for dogs in a convenient location! With the fenced in areas for free raoming and not being kept up in a kennel....Our kimber loves it here and returns home happy and tired.

Horrible, worked there, loved the dogs but the owners are horrible and could give 2 shots about the animals or employees. .was bit twice and once by their own dogs and was told by Dan to goto county and say I got bit at a park..
