The main issues that I wanted repaired on my roof were never addressed. It has been over a year and I call on a monthly basis to check the status of when the repairs are going to be made and all I get is "I will have to talk with Mr. Friedman and he can come out to take a look" Which has Never Happened. I would not recommend using this roofing company if your looking for prompt and professional work.

We are selling our home in tigerpoint and in order to close the deal we need the roof put on, on April 19th the unexpectedly delivered all material it’s been sitting here and still is (april,27) and have had no calll or contact of when the roof is going to be worked on and we are supposed to close on the 30th!! Please do not use freeman roofing

CHEATING AND SCAMMING HOMEOWNERS OF PENSACOLA FOR OVER 30 YEARS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THEY NICKEL AND DIME HOMEOWNERS, USE ALOT OF PLYWOOD AND PURPOSELY USE EXTRA MATERIAL TO CHARGE MORE. I HAD OTHER CONTRACTORS INSPECT THEIR WORK AND FOUND OUT THEY HAD USED ONLY 17 SHEETS OF PLYWOOD RATHER THAN THE 35 THAT THEY CLAIM THEY USED. MY ORIGINAL QUOTE WAS FOR 7550 ENDED UP WITH A FINAL INVOICE OF OVER 9700. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL FAMILY BUSINESS. DO NOT USE!

We can’t say enough about Shane & Freeman’s Roofing. Shane is very professional, respectful, quality of work is awesome, & overall, Shane made us feel very comfortable going with Freeman's versus others we had come out to quote as well.
