The man and the younger individual arrived without work ladders to replace the chandelier lamps outside the garage, which operate on a sensor from dusk to dawn. He went up to the attic but failed to locate the eye sensor box, then insisted on charging me for his inability to find it. I wrote him a check, yet he subsequently requested access to the house.
