You should’ve said something when we first walked in. Not when we sat down and waited. Upon arrival, receptionist was super nice and told me to take a seat that one of the barbers that does kids cut stepped out. As I was waiting, one of the barbers attending someone else, denied us service due to his age and hair length. Worst haircut I ever got. How did the guy put a bald spot on the top of my head when I asked for just a medium tapper?! Ironic part is the guy cutting me was talking about how woman don’t know how to cut hair. Also the fade in the back of my head is jacked up. 10/10 would say stay far away from this place.

I called three days ago because I wanted to take my five year-old son to get his haircut. The guy that answered the phone was rude as hell. I called back and told him I will not be bringing my son, because you guys have bad customer service…

Ronel hooked me up with a clean fade and a sharp beard trim, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. He paid attention to the little details, made sure the blend was smooth, and shaped my beard exactly the way I like it. The whole experience felt easy and relaxed, and you can tell he really cares about getting it right. I walked out feeling fresh and confident — definitely going back to him next time.
