Rude, wait time, uncaring, all for the mighty dollar. If you want to go to Mercy you can talk to them & they will take what Freeman would charge. I wouldn’t take my pet Lola to Freeman & yes, I worked there.
I am here now in a room haven't seen a dr yet ,however there is still blood on the exam table and floor as well as the step to get on exam table hasn't been cleaned in sometime , it is 11:30 ,so I know this room hasn't been touched in a couple of days clean wise
Worst urgent care ever. My son was having labored breathing, a high fever, and was lethargic, but he was left in the waiting room for hours. The staff continued to call back patients that weren't showing any signs of injury or illness, most of which who were laughing and seemed completely healthy, while my 11 month old son continued to suffer and wait in the waiting room. I am sick, so I didn't really LOVE it, however, the staff was very attentive. It was a long wait time, but not as bad as some other places. The level of care I received was not rushed at all. Doc answered my questions and the nurses and staff were wonderful as well.
They have been a lot quicker the last few times we've been. Not sure if we lucked out or what. The whole staff just moving quickly. Definitely appreciate that on a Sunday at 3 pm.
Dr. Edwards was extremely rude. We only came here bc our family Dr was not available. I hope I never have to encounter him again.
