This medical facility cannot be praised too highly. Appointments were easy online. When calling to ask questions, the receptionist was informed and patient. Each medical care worker was skilled and spoke with kindness. Medical conditions were fully explained. I am so thankful to have received this service.
I waited for 2 hours to be seen, not an easy task with a toddler. I even asked if there was a way to be worked in early, because you know, toddler. The lady on the phone was very rude with her “(heavy sigh) No.” I understand that you’ve had a long day AND we’re in the middle of a pandemic, but honestly, you CHOSE that job and I wasn’t rude. There was no reason for such a tone. After 2 hours I left. Nearly an hour later I get a call stating that my room is ready. No wonder so many people I talk to prefer going to Mercy.
My son split his eye open, ON THE DAY covid-19 was confirmed in Jasper County. Amberlee was the sweetest, most helpful nurse I have ever encountered. She explained everything so thoroughly, I was at ease taking him home and caring for him. We need, not only nurses, but people like Amberlee. Thank you for treating us like family.
I've come here twice and neither experience has been good, two different doctors and they both barely did their job and were condescending. The first visit in January 2018 out to be pneumonia. I was crying in pain. when they took my chest x ray. The Dr. acted like there was nothing he could do. As I was checking out and about to go to the hospital, they called me back into the patient room because oh the Dr. finally looked at my xray and saw pnemonia. The 2nd visit was this past January because I was sick with the flu and ne... read more

I went to Freeman Urgent Care because I had poison Ivy on my face. They couldn't confirm or deny that I had poison Ivy. Sent me on my way with prednisone and that was it. I had to go online to really get a cream that would work, which over the counter medication worked better than the prednisone (which I had a negative reaction to). They charged me 230 bucks for the visit and that's with insurance! Will never go to Freeman Urgent Care or the hospital because they are a SCAM!
The doctor was arrogant, condescending, lacked compassion, and purposely caused unnecessary pain.
