I have been going to Freeman Toyota to have my RAV4 serviced for a couple of years. I switched to them after I had a horrific experience at another Toyota dealer in Sonoma County. I have been very happy with them. Johnny G, Service Advisor, is great to work with. They are courteous, efficient and competent. I had my brakes done recently for a fair price. I would definitely recommend them for Toyota service.

I went in for my 5000 service, I decided to add an oil change to the service. When I picked up my truck and drove off with it the check engine light came on followed by several vehicle health alerts. I immediately turned around and went back to ultimately find out that my truck was "low on oil", but who knows if they even put any in to begin with. I purchased two cars from Freeman's a few years ago. I brought my wife's car in last week for a full oil change service. That included a brake check, tire rotation and topping off of fluids in addition to the oil change. The service technician let me know there was alot of corrosion on the battery and a couple of filters that needed to be changed. I said to go ahead and do it for an additional charge.
