I was prepared to buy a used 2019 VW from Freeman. A price was confirmed. I assured the salesman I was coming with a cashiers check for the agreed upon amount. The morning I was to travel the 1.5 hours from my house to the dealer in **************, the salesman texted me saying the car was sold out from under me. The ****** here is, if Freeman has the best price on the car you want-you should go elsewhere-even if its more expensive.
I had my car serviced on April 18th 2024 at Freeman Toyota ********** **********. It was a standard maintenance visit with oil change and all fluids and check of various points on the vehicle. I received a checklist of all these things that were done, including the battery. When I got home that afternoon I opened the hood to do something else and I noticed the battery cable was corroded excessively. It was checked off on the list as being good. I took my 2011 Toyota Yaris 4 door hatchback in for a diagnostic back on April 2021 for possible electrical issue with the headlights. My headlights lasted 10 years. They stated I just needed to replace the bulbs. I replaced the bulbs and the markers on the headlights. It is now September 26, 2023. I had to take it in again because the headlights I made the appointment for 7:45 am. It is now 9:23 am and they state they don't have anyone to do the diagnostic on my vehicle yet so there it sits. I rented a car from here and their was a bucket in the middle of my lane and I I couldnt avoid it and I slammed on brakes and they made all kinds of noise and the car wouldnt stop now they are coming after me for the damage the bucket did to their rental car and I dont think Im at fault
