Purchased a 2024 Audi A5 from David and the team at Freeman in Portland. They were first class from start to finish. David worked with me through the entire process to make sure that we found the right fit. Never felt any pressure and communication was great. Financing process was also very good. Sean proactively reached out to me to schedule an appointment the day after the part I needed arrived. He offered to give me a ride anywhere in the city while the car was being serviced. He said it may take 6-8 hours but it was completed in less than 3. The auto body team's attention to detail was impressive. Not only were my issues resolved but he fixed several things I hand't even noticed. Wonderful experience!
They got me right in, diagnosed and repaired my vehicle quickly. They had great communication, clear estimates for the work, and I'm happy to have my car back on the road confidently!
I had my Tesla Model X repaired after backing into a column in a parking garage and destroying the side view mirror and door. Freeman was great - courteous, efficient and timely communicators. They took a reasonable amount of time to complete the repair and had it looking like new. The cost was reasonable as well and they worked very collaboratively with my insurance company. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair.
