AWESOME PROVIDER - very caring staff who really care about the individual they serve!
Having a son with multiple handicaps, I am very picky with his care. Freeman Residential Services is my son's third Residential/Day Hab service that my son has attended. The third time was our charm. After the first two companies turned out to be nightmares, Freeman Residential has turned out to be amazing. With my child, nothing will be perfect but no matter what pops up, Freeman Residential along with myself are their to iron out all the wrinkles. Freeman residential services is a very unprofessional atmosphere and the office staff is weird. Just a bunch of power stricken people and family that covers up most of their mess ups. Office staff has been known to cover up DD laws and modify it to fit their company needs. Owner is a sweetie but needs to reconsider the people representing her. Good luck but I would think twice of the under paid employment or sending your loved one to this company.
