This was my second time dealing with this group the first time I had insurance and they were wonderful this time I'm blown away at the mismanagement of my injury but I have medicaid not the Cadillac insurance I had before. Used them in the past - very good. Unfortunately didn’t have an appointment available for 3 weeks. Not an option. Used the walk in orthopedic in Joplin.
Dr Twiss is the only physician in the practice I have seen and he is a 10/10 !
