Rude staff and zero empathy for your injury or situation. If you have anything work comp related stay far away form this place
All I have to say is if you work in health care get some bedside manners and talk to patients like they are a person and not a number. You chose this field. Drs were very nice but staff who checks you in
I went to see dr.sanders pain management doctor,for my left hand pain,numbness,she referred me to dr.Twiss orthopedic doctor an he checked me out an said I have torn tendon on my left hand,took X-rays and suggested that I take steroid injection to see if this will help,week after I went to the doctor and said shots did not work.he scheduled me for a surgery, and now I am doing well.i was scheduled to do physical therapy for 6weeks.dr.twiss is the best doctor I saw for my pain.highly recommend the doctor.
My wife broke her arm over 4 weeks ago that needs surgery, she has had her appointments moved 4 separate times because the doctors going on vacation, out of town, or had a light schedule so they just took the rest of the week off, AVOID THIS NONSENSE AT ALL COSTS. Unprofessional treatment of my wife, really mean receptionists that are condescending and dismissive. Worst doctors office in Missouri by far.
