We had a weekend rental and the owner showed up when we were supposed to pick up just to make sure everything was OK and then stayed to see us through our checkout, even though his son was playing ball and he needed to be there! He was very sweet and very professional, and it made our experience much nicer than just using the app. Highly recommend for U-Haul rental local or one-way and even though I don’t have storage, I would’ve imagine that those services are also excellent!
